The focus in Operations will include improving – servicing of orders/requests, Management of resources, Customer service and Quality. Assessments will be done to identify those areas in Operations that can be improved to deliver tangible benefits around productivity, defect reduction, lead times and customer service. We could also do an audit to check the current status.
In each of the above offerings we will start with an assessment that clearly identifies the current state and the possible scope for improvement. The approach will be methodology agnostic and the tools and methodology will be chosen based on the identified need.
